Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you absolute control over your mail accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect mails from one e-mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your mailbox accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply choose the email account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest.
