Chromecast is a streaming device developed by Google that allows users to stream content directly from their smartphones, tablets, or computers. It enables control of internet-streamed audio and video on a high-definition television or home audio system through mobile and web apps that support Google Cast technology.

You can use your mobile phone, laptop, or tablet to stream content to a Chromecast. However, streaming Kodi to Chromecast can be slightly challenging because Kodi cannot be installed directly on the Chromecast stick.

How to Use IPTV on Chromecast
In this section, we will show you how to use IPTV on a Chromecast device.

BubbleUPnP Features
BubbleUPnP works alongside its Android version to provide secure internet access to your UPnP/DLNA media server content using Android BubbleUPnP or foobar2000. It allows streaming and downloading of music, videos, and photos from your Android device over mobile or Wi-Fi connections, with optional transcoding to reduce bandwidth.

BubbleUPnP supports:
• Chromecast, Chromecast Audio, Nexus Player, Nvidia Shield, and other Google Cast devices
• DLNA and Smart TVs
• Music receivers from major Hi-Fi brands
• Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One X, PlayStation 3 and 4 (**)
• Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick
• Local Android playback

BubbleUPnP can access media from:
• UPnP/DLNA media servers
• Local media stored on your Android device
• Cloud storage providers such as Google Drive, Google Photos, Box, Dropbox, and OneDrive
• Music services including TIDAL and Qobuz

Step 1: Turn on your TV with the Chromecast connected, then open the BubbleUPnP app on your smartphone.

Step 2: Make sure your smartphone and Chromecast are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Step 3: Confirm your device is connected to the Chromecast by opening the left-side menu in the app and selecting your Chromecast device.

Step 4: Keep in mind that Chromecast does not support all audio formats and video codecs used by IPTV players.

Step 5: If you need to convert unsupported formats, you must install the appropriate add-on in the app.

Step 6: Open the app settings from the menu on the left side of the screen.

Step 7: Navigate to the Chromecast submenu.

Step 8: Select the items related to local transcoding. The app will download the required components needed to perform transcoding directly on your smartphone.

Step 9: Once the add-on installation is complete, make sure the "Enable" option under Transcoding Settings is checked.

Step 10: You can now stream IPTV channels through Chromecast. The app supports IPTV playlists in the .m3u8 format, which contains all the necessary streaming information.

Step 11: Download your M3U file and copy it to your smartphone’s storage. Open the app, go to the Library section, and select Internal Storage. Locate and open the M3U file, then wait for your playlist to load.

Step 12: Select any channel from the playlist to start casting IPTV content to your Chromecast.
