Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your e-mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a new email box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email box accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the e-mail account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
